Best "Free" Spyware software?

I like spybot, malwarebytes, superantispyware, and few other specific problem tools. Ad-aware for me only ever finds "tracking" cookies...

IMO, It makes viruses and spyware worries a thing of the past. I've ran Sandboxie along with the free version of Returnil,and have had "0" spyware / virus problems in the 4 years I've been running this cheapo Emachine

Are you running the Free version of Sandboxie? If so do you find it slows your browser down?
