I don't turn rotors. If they are bad enough to need machining, I just replace them. This is likely to be a once in the life of the car event.
I've used Brembos on my Hondas. While they weren't the cheapest, they didn't break the bank, either. They have been perfectly satisfactory in my experience. This is not to say that some dirt cheap Chinese copies might not be as good. Rather, given that you'll probably only need to do this once, why experiment?
