which conventional oil do you feel has the superior add pack?

what about the highest TBN as well as best TBN retention given set circumstances?

That ties at least to some extent to the metalurgy. The best add pack is relative to certain metrics. The one with the best TBN retention may not be the best one that has the highest EP, AW, FM, etc.

Formula Shell Conventional, looks something like:

Moly - 40-60ppm
Boron - 100-150ppm
Calcium - 1900-2100ppm

all others at 'SM' levels.

I`ve used that oil just recently,and it seems to hold up very well.
