Beowulf, what a meadhead!

Ritz movie theater. Let me know if you want directions.

King of Prussia has it on their IMAX but I was even going to attempt going out there today.

Saw it yesterday. Shrek meets Andy Warhol's Frankenstein in 3D. Yeah, the fire coming out of the hole in the neck (remember those?) of the chain smoking dragon was OK.

How come there were so many pairs of teen boys with their mom's waiting for them outside? I used to be worried about the floor being sticky from spilled pop.

I should have stuck with my fading memory of the poem. $10.50 needs to be on the antifrugal list.

I saw it Thanksgiving night out in Mississippi, and aside from their theater being 20-30 years behind in quality, the movie was great and would suggest it to anyone.

I think some people just didn't care for the animation because it wasn't "real." Though I have to say, the acting was better in Beowulf than in some of these so-called "real" movies.

As for Angelina Jolie, the animation did her some justice since it removed a good chunk of her nasty lips.

That 5 minute editing window is going to cost you.

Watched it Thanksgiving night, too. I think the best part of it was the 3D. Afterwards I paraded around in those 3D glasses looking like a geek to the dismay of my g/f.

I thought the movie was a bit slow... I guess they had to stretch it since the story line was rather simple.

I'm surprised you didn’t comment on the ever changing lousy accent of Beowulf.

I was busy mulling over Angelina's curvaceous appearance. Mull mull.

I saw it before thanksgiving, in 2D unfortunately (or fortunately? I don't care for all the naked man-ness) and I didn't care for the movie much. It wasn't bad, just not that good either.

I never knew Geats and danes had Scots and irish accents.
