Talk about weird. I've been toothless going on 3 yrs. I have altered my diet some to accommodate. I tried them out on cold oatmeal and cold pizza. my bite circle has lost 1/2" in diam. I have to take noticeably smaller bites. I have to re-learn how to chew stuff. I had a coughing fit that loosened them, but got the uppers defying gravity with some stickum. Next is hearing aids that work.

Nope, it is because I drive a '16 Camry and it doesn't use oil or break. So, I don't get to complain about oil related stuff  (y)

Q:
When you attained toothlessness, how long did it take for your mouth to stabilize?
I have a vague remembrance of an uncle who mentioned the time gap.

Did you know Scotland has the highest incidence of edentulism.

I just finished 3 slices of pizza using my gums. I've got gluing the uppers down. The lowers don't need glue but hurt until they settle in. Eating is painful and slow.

You need to add a pair of trifocals and a hairpiece, and your head will have all the necessary supplemental performance boosters to overcome age related deficiencies.

My grandparents had dentures. From what I understand, it’s typically the lowers that need glue and the uppers should suction to the top with no glue. If not, they don’t fit right.

But you need to be very good about wearing them for a while in the beginning so your mouth shapes to them.
