Instead of buying an Optima you should also look into an AGM battery that has enough power and is not inferior in construction.
The only reason they sell so many is good marketing, one chain store said they had a 50/50 chance of selling you a deffective one. I guess thier quality control isn't the best.
www.dekabatteries.com also makes 1 or 2 AGM ones. Optima is definetly an inferior product after I saw how they built thier own. Much tigher wound cells with more power.
