I ordered a 24" and 28" Husky Light bars. Husky large mount bars will fit echos with a slight bit of slop. An oval shim cut from 26GA sheet metal to place in the bar groove does the trick. I am running the 28" now full time on my 390XP with a full house, full chisel chain, and am running a 24" on my echo CS-670 also with a full house, full chisel chain. I removed the 24" small mount bar from my 555 and put its oem 20" back on.

Here is the corrected lineup of saws so they call can get used for proper work now.

T435 = 14" .325
45 = 16" .325
350 = 18" .325 Semi Chisel
545 Mark II - 18" .325 Full Chisel
555 = 20" 3/8 Full Chisel
CS-670 = 24" Light Bar, 3/8 Full Chisel
390XP = 28" Light Bar, 3/8 Full Chisel
Plus 36" Light Bar, 3/8 Fill Chisel Skip Tooth (So I can sharpen myself)

I use the carpet just for the photos. I have a tree in the garage with slots cut in it so it holds the saws up off the cement to stop the magnesium rot.

I like the cut the oregon exl chains give out of the box, but they did stretch quite a bit just like any other chain. We shall see with time how they hold up over the archer chains.

Buckin Billy Ray is quite a whiz on sharpening chains but I do not like wasting so much of the tooth right off the bat to make it cut 10 ~ 15 percent faster.
