Baldwin/Wix/NAPA/Motorcraft?

currently i have a Baldwin a/filter in my Tbird, and I think it's doing a good job. it's about 1.5 yrs old now, and I might change it soon.

However I was thinking if there are better filters that I've overlooked.

Should I stay with the Baldwin ($13.95), or go with Wix/NAPA Gold or just Motorcraft(who makes those, by the way?)

are any of these 3 filters better than the Baldwin?

Don't know if any are "better"..I have a Wix on the Mustang..it seems to work well..

ACDelco's are very highly rated...

I'd bet there's nothing wrong with the Baldwin; however I run Wix myself. As Big O Dave said, the AC's are also highly thought of.

Yes the Napa Gold is the same as Wix. Not sure about the Napa Silver. The best filters for flow for sure.

oh i know that Purolator makes the Motorcraft oil filters,

i wouldn't be surprised if it was the same with the air filters.
