Baldwin PA4323 filter out of my 2012 F150 3.7 with 225,190 miles. Last changed at 195,xxx miles. I change it every 30k or so,(Ford recommended) at 255k Ill install a filter minder. Replaced it with an STP SA 10262 with deep pleats. No doubt it could have gone longer. Enjoy the pics, also included a pic of the bottom of the airbox. Its windy today so instead of cleaning the bottom I hurried and put the new one in to lessen dirt intrusion into the intake tube.

30K? Looks like maybe the earth's atmosphere is getting cleaner every year. Not much to worry 'bout.
That is a dirty air box, I have never seen any of my vehicles with that dirty of a air box.
I dont go offroad often, I do live in an area where they harvest sugarcane, but Im never driving behind cane trucks or down cane field roads. The one UOA I did came back great.
Not everyone lives in a squeaky clean suburban neighborhood
