which of these filters has the best filtration ratings, baldwin b281, fleetguard lf3315 or the donaldson p550166???????

baldwin=50% 22u and 95% at 45u

i was hoping to find an oversize filter for an 03 f150, 5.4l that filtered as good as a pure one......but i guess it doent exist

25u = Beta25=2 = 50%
45u = Beta45=75 98.67% (allegedly considered "absolute")

Keep in mind that filter companies measure effiency in a couple of ways. Some use % and vary the particle size. Some give their beta ratios at given particle sizes.

That is, Wix does Beta 2/20 or 50% and 95% While others give the respective beta number at 10um, 20um, and 30um (or any combo of graduated size evolutions).
