Autozone discontinuing Zerex G-05

Talked with my local Autozone today and they are getting rid of Zerex G-05. He mentioned that the new Prestone all-makes formula is replacing it.

That was the last store in town that carried G-05. Oh well

I'd never seen it at AutoZone.

I used to get it at O'Reilly's, but they dropped it when the Prestone product came out.

Murray's carries. If they have a chain near you..

Your local Ford or Chrysler/Dodge/Mopar/Mercedes also carries G 05 thats dyed instead of the 'clear' from zerex.

My local PepBoys carries the zerex.

G-05 is also manufactured under other names if you can find it. I know the only place we've shipped syrup to thus far is California.

Did you look at GI Joes? I bought 2 jugs of Zerex G-05 there last Winter. But have not looked for it since.

Actually I did. I ended up buying 4 gallons from GI-Joes. They were $10/gallon.
