AutoRX in Australia

Hi all, noob from downunder with a couple of questions.

Upon going through this section of the forum, I discovered that AutoRX one of the best stuff, the question is, where can I find it in Australia.

Also, what would be a good product that is avaliable in Australia to decarbonize(sp?) an engine.

Also, what product is avaliable here that is good for cleaning up carbon in my intake and comb. chamber?

And which fuel system cleaner you guys find best?

I reckon the Caltex Techron fuel system cleaner is good as a fuel additive. I use the Caltex Vortex Gold petrol which is supposed to contain Techron.

Caltex say on their web-site if you use the Vortex petrol, there is no need to use the additive as a couple of tankfuls of Gold will clean things up, I suppose carbon is included in that.

Can you guys in Australia just order Auto-Rx from the American web site, or would there be restrictions on what can be brought into Australia? Of course, there would probably be high shipping costs.

Auto-Rx is one of the few products for cars and trucks that I believe in. I don't think my previous car engine was very dirty (I was doing 3000 mile oil changes) and the oil never did look dirty with an Auto-Rx cleaning. But a seal leak stopped after I did the Auto-Rx cleaning. And the first oil filter I used with the Auto-Rx cleaning seemed to have been plugging up-oil seeped out of it very slowly.

Even if somebody was going to start using Amsoil I think an Auto-Rx cleaning would be good before you started to use the Amsoil. Maybe with an oil like Amsoil you then would not need Auto-Rx.

I think there are restrictions on posting fuels, flammables, oils, aerosol cans, paints, etc into the country - especially after 9/11.

Sprintman is regularly on these boards and always answers PMs promtply, just give him some time.

Yes its Ron. I got mine a few days after I sent payment, thanks to Express Post. I've ordered 3 times in the past and the last time it was around January this year.
