New Dex III is a pretty red. Looks like Toyota Red coolant if you're familiar. I posted a pict in the coolant section but I'm sure there are other photos of new Dex III around.
Automatic Transmission Flush Opinions

If you've been doing regular drain/fills every 30K and now have 131K on the Acura I would continue to do that. I see very little that can be gained from a flush, which Acura/Honda does not recommend. It's my experience that Honda transmissions shift firmly, bordering on harsh at times. Not smooth like Toyota or GM. After all those miles and all the regular maintenance I'd say "it is what it is" as far as shift quality goes.
Honda does have a procedure in the '02 factory service manual for flushing the automatic transmission.
