AUTO RX for maintenance add in

Ive been using GC for last 40k miles and i take good care of the car with short OCI 4-5k. I have a saab 92x aero tuned to approx 250 AWhp.

I like to add AUTO Rx after reviewing it into my OCI just as a maintenance. In summer i add a few oz of SLOB into my OC and i dont consume any oil with this engine (unlike some).

Your opinion please

or Should i run a Clean cycle with AUto RX and if so should i just use conv oil for that ?

Why not clean it using the Auto-Rx Application for same than go to Maintenance Program.

maiontenance dose or a little more would clean some stuff up as well.

Full cycle will definitely do it good, But the maintenance dose would work as well. I could see if had 140K i would surely do full cycle

Do an ARX clean and rinse with conventional oil if possible. If you must use synthetic for clean and rinse, then use Pennzoil Platinum for both and run 4-5k miles instead of just 3000, since you have a well-maintained engine already. This will allow enough time/mileage to effectively clean and rinse, using a compatible syn oil. Then, when completed, switch back to your oil of choice and pick up with the maintenance dose to keep clean and do additional cleaning that GC cannot do on its own.

Better yet, stick with the instructions on his website. They work. I have used the above with success on a couple of well-maintained BMW's.

Benefits included better power and fuel economy, noted by both owners. You will also lower wear and extend the life of your engine. Maintenance MAINTAINS these benefits and keeps car running like a new one.
