My 2004 Subaru Forester [n/a] is right at 101,000 miles. Auto-RX recommends a second treatment for vehicles with over 100k miles. Since I am close, can I get away with a single clean and rinse phase?

Or should I pony up and go for a second treatment?

It,s not a question of "it can,t hurt" Auto-Rx has expended itself around 98,000 miles leaving lots more for new chemistry to clean get the benefits and follow the application for engines over 100,000 miles.

The instructions call for 2 applications. This is due to the length of time deposits have been hanging around inside the motor. Deposits tend to grow over time in surface area as well as depth. The longer deposits hand around the tougher they get to dissolve.
