When using Auto-RX, would there be any difference in the final result if you were to blast down the interstate for 1500 mi in two days, or just drive around town for 3 months with the same mileage? Same amount of miles, but different length of time for ARX to work. Just wondering if I should add it now or after my trip.

Some people believe highway miles are best.

Personally, I think city miles are best.

1500 miles at 70 mph is 21 hours of operation.
1500 miles at 35 mph is 42 hours of operation.

Of course temp plays a major role. So if you average 10 mile trips, and it takes 3 minutes to warm the engine up, then subtract 7.5 hours from the 42. So you still get 34.5 hours of cleaning time at temp.

Probally a combo of both driving would be best. It most likely does come down to operating time. I used ARX in an old trans for 11 hrs/400mi, a short time, but I had no option.
