That's interesting. I've heard of people using wax on windshields but not a specific product. So far the longest lasting product was a glass science gel.
I've used it (the one in the yellow box and black container) and really liked it.
It goes on extremely easy and is buffed off before it dries.....it beads water for a long time.
I used it on a white car and I thought it shined pretty well too.
I recommend it highly..
