I'm kinda back and forth on this thing and I think I'm going to do it, but wanted to run it by some of you on here to see if you have a bit more insight than I do or other suggestions.
I put a new set of tires on my Focus and I would like to have an alignment done to ensure that there is no irregular wear going on.
Also, in looking at the car from the rear, it seems like the tires are leaning in at the top, so I definitely want to get this checked out ASAP.
In addition to this, my clutch is beginning to slip and I will be replacing it in a month or two and from what I can tell, there will be quite a few parts on front end will have to come apart to install a new clutch and I'm not sure if I'm going to do it myself or pay someone to do it, so I don't know at the moment what approach I will take or someone I pay will take to replace the clutch will take.
With this in mind, I'd like to have the front end checked afterwards.
Do you think this scenario would warrant the extra cost for the lifetime alignment?
Obviously, I'd rather do the clutch first and then get the alignment which would eliminate this conversation, but to be perfectly honest, I am honestly stalling a bit because I am back and forth between whether I want to pay someone to do the job or do it myself and I don't want my tires to have a premature death due to me stalling.
Thoughts?
