Apparently, there is some sort of an issue between Wix and ALS Analysis.

In early November, I sent in a UOA sample to ALS, in a Wix sampling kit, as I've done now for years. Now four weeks later, still no results. It seemed odd not to have results sooner... but with Thanksgiving and all, I gave it an extra week.

Finally sent ALS an email, and I got a cryptic response telling me that they do have my sample, but they're holding it and not processing any Wix samples at this time... along with a phone number to call for Wix for more information.

Called Wix, and they said that there are issues, and they are working with ALS to get them to start processing samples again, but there's no known time frame for resolution at this point.

So, sounds like a classic case of two companies who are not getting along with each other (probably due to money), and like always... the customer is the one who ends up getting kicked around.

Thanks, Mann-Hummel. You're doing a great job! Buy a good name, and then run it into the ground.

Taking money for UOA filter kits, but not moving it along.
I have 3 waiting for results. Was hoping it was snail mail, or busy lab.

I guess I'll have to call ALS and see if I can pay them directly. I'll give it more time before a lifetime boycott of Wix.
 
Now at the six week mark. Still no test results.

Sent an email earlier today to the wonderful people at Mann+Hummel/Wix Customer Service, asking for an update/information/assistance. No response yet.

I'll give it until early January, then I'll be contacting my State's Consumer Protection office and filing a complaint against Mann+Hummel. Not only does this involve the value of one kit, it involves the value of all of the kits that I've already paid for in advance... since at this point, they're all now worthless.

Just decided to search my email and apparently results came 1 month ago. For some reason, it took them to get my sample a whole month. Says it took them 2 days to process. The sample was taken on Dec 17th. I mailed it the next day or a couple of days after. They say they got it on Jan 20 and processed it on the 22nd.
