Anyone Noticing More Things For Sale in Their Area?

I am curious if this a thing or if l just started paying more attention. I have been noticing more houses, RV's, boats, and vehicles for sale than l recall seeing in a long time.
Is anyone else seeing this or am l seeing a "black dog" (l know l am taking that quote a bit out of context but l still think it fits)

It's been quite the opposite in my area in N.Ohio. Even fewer garage sales.

One or two trailered boats with for sale signs caught my eye in a more rural location -but remember, 'tis the season-, otherwise, no.

Yes, its definitely picked up around here. A neighbor who is financially struggling ( Bad life circumstance which they really had no part in but were dragged into), asked if they could use one of the family properties to have a yard sale since its near a highway, We gave them the keys to the house so they could stay out of the heat or rain as much as possible.

Absolutely. This time of year is the peak of the season for selling summer recreation items. People who get excited about summer will pay prime price right now, and any shrewd seller capitalizes on that. Tis the season.

Yesterday I was out at the mailbox, when a new Diesel truck pulling a new boat came into view coming down the road. It came to a stop by me, it turned out to be the neighbors, who are good friends. So we got invited out on the maiden voyage of their new boat. Temps are expected in the 90's tomorrow, so it should be a nice trip on the water.

Every single boat, motorcycle, car , side by side, RV, trailer is essentially always for sale.

I’ve noticed a bunch of stuff for sale too. Also I know someone that works at a bank and they said they’ve done a lot more repos than usual because everyone seems to be hitting rough patches lately it seems. One of my local credit unions just repoed a camper and has it for sale on their lot.

More people are very tight on money and selling their belongings.

I see more and more sign twirlers in front of pawn shops down here in Florida.
