Anyone near te refinery that blew up?

Hey Pablo,
I do believe the "tops" of those storage tanks "float" up and down as product enters and exits these storage tanks to eliminate dangerous vapors?? Perhaps an experienced refinery tech could chime in here. I have seen aerial photos of these and the covers of these tanks all appear to be at different levels.
 
Not sure which company owned it, but it was in Wynnewood, OK. I live in Tulsa, OK; and didn't actually even hear about it until my mom called from New York to ask if it happened near me. Since I can see both of the refineries on the river (Sun and Sinclair) in Tulsa from my 20th story apartment, I assured her that if it had been near me I would have been one of the very first to know about it.
