Anyone here move and NOT forward your mail?

Exactly..and you have the risk of having that important document opened by the next occupant of your old residence and having your information stolen or used for nefarious activities.

Taking a BIG risk if you do NOT forward your mail to your new address.

Up here, I've done the forwarding, but usually not. I usually knew where I was going and when, so I just sent change of address notifications where needed (magazines and the like). Utilities certainly will know, if you're yanking your land line and moving it somewhere else. For vehicle and driver's licensing, I just let them know in person.
