While on the Walmart.com website I saw this product advertised for sale as “Ultra1 Plus,” while their website shows it as “Ultra Plus.”

I have never heard of this product or company before.

At the prices shown on their website one might as well go with HPL or Amsoil. And no, I’m not looking for a new pcmo, as I have plenty of HPL for the next 28k miles, thank you.

I’m simply curious as to any BITOGER experience with this oil.

And yes, I did perform a search before posting.

Lastly, while it says “Made in the USA,” it’s clearly a Venezuelan company. Please leave the politics in the trunk.

If it's SP/d1g3/etc, there is nothing wrong with it. And the clear bottles are nice too :D

However, I did a VOA on their 75w90 GL4 gear oil, and people here weren't impressed with it :cautious:

I’d avoid… their gear oil sheared over 30% during the KRL test in my “Mega 75w90 testing” thread. I know things like this “could” be contained to a single product in their lineup, but 75w90 is a pretty simple and ubiquitous product to mess it up that badly. Its showing across the board against the other gear oils was pretty abhorrent.

I consider them in the same dumpster as Triax.

I don’t know how they get any sales. Well at least in the US anyways. Currently seeing that 6qt of 0W20 is $55 on the WM app. You could get twice as much of any name brand for basically the same price. And almost three times as much with the store brands.

More expensive surely is more better.... and they can have a 50% off sale regularly and still make a very healthy profit. Who can resist 50% off, or BOGO....
