It's made my Kano Labs. It's supposed to be based on the same chemistry that makes their Kroil work so well. I do know that AeroKroil is the best penetrating oil I've used, I'd bet it would clean sludge out of a motor pretty well.

if you want something comical to read get on their mailing list. they send out newsletters that look like they are from the 1950's with some very old sounding testimonials as "maintenance tips". It has stuff like;
"My 1936 Allis Chalmers was in my barn when it caught fire and burned to the ground. The tractor sat for 10 years after that. I sprayed some AeroKroil on the head bolts and lug nuts, a day later I could practically take them loose with my fingers".

Pobabry vely good fo creaning engine.

I'm sure it's just another solvent based cleaner like many others.

My father in-law uses the SiliKroil....stuff works wonders on rusted bolts. Smells real good too.

we use kroil at my work. and somehow it found its way to my house =-). very good stuff. but the smell is something to be desired when placed on something hot lol.
