Almost all by return parts go back to the depot via FedEx Ground. They seem to get there as they come off my aging report.

I sell on Ebay occasionally and often with free shipping. Buyers don't always have a choice on which shipper the seller uses. After a sale I check UPS, Fedex, USPS, and Smartpost. I never have issues from any carrier where I am… Amazon, Fedex, UPS, USPS, etc… Packages are never damaged, no issues what-so-ever. This includes few thousand dollar camera lenses and other sensitive objects that don't do well with bumps/abuse.
