Do we have any health insurance billing and codes experts here?

My question is specifically for two codes related to annual physical/wellness/preventative exam.

That should be 100% covered by our insurance.

Be careful with those preventative exams, the insurance companies are mandated to provide them but are free to have their own rules as to what is considered proper preventive care (time limits, needs for additional tests, etc.).

What are the codes and what's the question? I know enough to know that one needs to be careful with this.

Yep, they are now even making people sign a piece of paper (at least at my doctor's clinic) that says anything the doctor does outside of the normal preventative physical protocol could result in a separate incident billing.
