Any Florida Lawyers Here?.Please

I will keep this as brief as possible..My friends father [in Tampa] had a heart attack and died yesterday..His stepmother has alzheimer's real bad..She was immediately sent to a nursing home..His father owns the house in Tampa.

My question is will there be a problem when my friend comes down to Tampa in the next day or two with the Estate Abminstrator getting into the house to look at his fathers belongings..He is afraid there might be a issue..Nobody is in the house right now..My friend lives in New Jersey.

Thank you very much in advance as I will not be able to get back on here till late tonight or tomorrow.

Not likely. The estate administrator has to first "secure the house" and do stuff like throw out food that will spoil etc. The friend could "help" as volunteer muscle.
