I can't find ZEREX GREEN ( the kind w/o 2-EHA) and I think the Peak I put in has the 2-EHA in it, even though its supposed to be good for all makes models.

I know peak Global does NOT have 2 EHA in it, but the peak I put in ( i think longlife) may or may not have 2 EHA in it.

Any other brands that are safe for older AMerican cars ( pre Dexcool era, just need a regular good green antifreeze)

G-05 is a type of coolant, with multiple manufacturers.

If you have a napa in your area they should be able to order you some Zerex green, if they don't have any in stock.

I've used Chevron Supreme low silicate concentrate coolant. It's a regular green coolant with no 2eha. Since they are the same company, may also be available as Havoline. Found it in my local Food Lion grocery store.

Peak Green is regular old school antifreze.
This is the jug with "GREEN" right on the front label, not long life or all makes and models.AA stocks it.

I've seen Peak Green at Advance Auto, KMart, and Walgreens and Rite Aid drugstores. Some of it comes in a fancy new container, don't know if that means the formula has been updated but it still says green.

Reg G-05 and regular green are best for your vehicle. Prestone no longer makes any of those type of coolants. I had owned a 95 Bonneville 3800 with a brass radiator, factory filled with Dexcool. From my personal obsevation looking into the radiator cap I saw alot of corrosion at the solder joints. Prestone All makes all models is similar to Dexcool.

AA (Peak) and NAPA (house brand) carry the old school green formulas. AA sometimes has the Peak on sale for $7.99/gal (full strength).

Auto Zone house brand green, Full Force (by Peak), Pride 1000, and STP by Neochem are all old-school low silicate green. Peak also still makes some old style green with their name (AAP) as well.
