They make several types of coolant, and all are as good as any. http://www.prestone.com/products/antifreezeCoolant.php Dexcool got a bad rap in GM engines mainly due to cheap & shoddy GM gaskets and cheap & shoddy GM radiator caps. G-05 is right for Fords, Chryslers & Mercedes, and most other European engines. Ken
