Time for a new filter and Valvoline Restore and protect!
Yeah ,but look how much finer particles it can filter......
Probably in bypass since 15k.
I'd go with the cheapest filter and a load of cheap conventional for a 45 minute OCI.
After warm-up, spend 10 minutes at highway speeds.
I'd want to see if more of that nastiness could be caught by the filter.
Then do whatever spec oil change is called for.

It's a Jeep thing!
That little O-ring at the top is an indicator that turns red when it’s time to change the filter.
