Blackstone comments:
Fuel dilution is still present, and that's bringing the viscosity down a bit, but at least wear metals look pretty good. Aluminum dropped down into the average range, and iron is quite a bit better than it has been. The fuel isn't exactly what we like to see, but as long as you're not seeing the oil level rising, it might not be something that requires any immediate attention. If you're idling a lot, or the engine sees other low RPM use, maybe that's why all the fuel is present. No coolant, water, or excess dirt was found. For now, use this interval due to all the fuel.
