I ordered this from @Pablo and got it installed. I used some SuperStrut cut into sections welded to the frame of my Navigator for the mounting bracket. Ironically, the holes in the strut are perfectly spaced for the mounting bracket bolt holes. Looking forward to some UOAs with this system! It’s already had several hundred miles on the system between a run from my hometown to the Birmingham VA for migraine treatment and full suspension replacement and its testing.

Looks Great!
Do you have a petcock for Oil Sampling
If not, I highly recommend it
Also
I love the Ea-O26 for the the Full Flow
(That's the Biggest you can Run)
However, for the Bypass, I would run the BP-100
More capacity, and the same length as the Eao-26
That's the setup that I run
For my application the BP-110 is too long

Great Job!

Yessir, I have a Fumoto valve in the oil pan for pulling samples. I honestly don’t put *anywhere* near the same mileage annually on my 5.4 as you do, so the larger (more expensive) BP filter isn’t necessary in my use case…after typing that out I thought to myself, “was the entire bypass filtration assembly even necessary though?” lol.

I understand
The Bypass Filtration was absolutely what you needed!
Btw
I'm headed on a 2-3 month trip to the East Coast tomorrow, and I dumped 1 Gallon of Oil (via my petcock) with about 8k miles and replaced it with 1 Gallon of fresh Amsoil SS 5w-30.
Easy Peasy
Follow the program
I'm @410k miles and going Strong 💪
Good luck and Happy Traveling!

Very nice install. Great work! Love the short hose runs, with just enough flex for engine movement.

I think you as I recall we didn't know if the BP-100 would fit or not.
Thanks! I wanted the runs as short as possible to minimize any pumping losses, though I did have a high volume oil pump installed when I had the timing service completed, so that helped ease any concerns of mine on that front.

The BP-100 would definitely fit where I installed the system, I just don’t put on enough mileage to justify running it lol.
