Amsoil ATF really the best...or all hype?

I have ran Amsoil in GM, Ford, Chryslers 2 of which have the problem transmissions that are finicky on what fluid to run in them. I have never had a problem, and the transmissions shift real nice. Better than any other fluids I have tried. If you don't want to use it because you are gun shy that's fine.

I am pretty anal about a fair amount of things. But I use their fluid as longs as its listed in the specs.
I waited for the Amsoil fluid to be approved for Mercon V. There were many people running it in this application before it was approved.
As long as it meets the specs you will be fine.

Amsoil is expensive, no way around that. So if you want to change out fluid often it's a bad choice. Better to use the cheaper fluid. It won't hold up as long, but you won't need it to.

Now Mr. Tig, don't jinx yourself now

All kidding aside, RP MaxATF is also very good. It may feel a bit sluggish at first if you have a Honda from 0-30mph, but once you need to catch up after about 30 mph, it hits hard just like vtackkk just kicked in

Redline D4 feels quite a margin smoother and less sluggish than RP from 0-30mph, which I like better.

Both are very good in cold weather due to low pour point. Usually I just start and go

, feels better than Z1 or T-IV

I know. I did say yet. One never knows about these machines. They can let you down when you least expect it.
