Working on some steering work rebuild on my 03 Suburban 1500.
Dealer says part number for OE is 19152329 for the inner.
When I search that part, I find mostly these. No boot and has a large clamp.
An assembly diagram looks like this is part of a steering rack assembly, which I do not have.

When I use RA for a parts lookup, they do not have original available, but do have AC Delco Gold, which I heard is sub standard.
This is what the one on my vehicle looks like (Although that could have been changed before I got the vehicle).

When looking up online via my VIN, both styles come up.

Anyone know what is the real OE part for this?
Otherwise, what is a good alternate?

No Quadrasteer

ok, then make sure the part numbers you have are for the front tie rods. The front tie rods are the same for cars with and without Quadrasteer.

From the ones listed on Rock Auto, the rear tie rods look like the picture you posted in the OP, so those aren't correct since you don't have Quadrasteer.

The front tie rods seem to have a boot on them, like the ACDelco link you posted.

Other front inner tie rods from other brands look like that too. Rock Auto list

If you want to look cool, Dorman has one with a red boot :D

However, I'd probably pick Delphi, since their parts are made in Turkey and probably made by Disa/Deeza.

Those are inner tie rods for a GMT800 2WD Silverado/Sierra with rack & pinion steering. GMT800 SUV's used a gearbox in both 2WD and 4WD drivetrains.

Look at these..
