I’d like to do a drain and fill on my sisters 2011 Fusion Sport to get some fresh coolant in the system. This year of Fusion was filled with the Ford or Mazda green coolant. So, what should I do here? I have a gallon of AMAM at the house, I have a gallon of Peak Aisin Green 50/50. I’m assuming the Peak Aisin Green would be closest to a factory fill?

newest motorcraft yellow AKA prestone with cor-guard replaces specialty green/fl22 in ford vehicles.
Can that be mixed with green? Just seems foreign to mix like that.

There is nothing wrong with using the Peak Asian Green in that car. Like you said, it is a Mazda engine that came with that green coolant from the factory.
I just want to make sure that nothing will be screwed up because of wrong coolant used.

That specific date is probably when they stopped making the 2011 model, so any Fusions made in the later part of 2011 were likely sold as 2012 models
If the AMAM you have if Prestone and was bought in the last few years then it's essentially the exact same thing as Asian green (aka Mazda FL22/Ford Dark Green) as they're both P-OAT coolants. The neutral yellow color of AMAM coolants also won't change the dark green color of the factory coolant.
I’ll have to double check. I believe that it is carquest brand AMAM that I assumed was more of a Dex clone
If you want the same stuff, Mazda still has the FL-22 in a 55/45 premix. The latest p/n is 0000-77-508F-20
