I am looking at one of these too after seeing a Youtuber promoting it. The drawback: 6" minimum height will not fit underneath anything but a truck, in your example.

Yeah, cool idea, and I would love one if I could get it under the Vette or TourX. Otherwise...don't need a lift for most anything I do on the ZR2.

Well tried it a few times, and works pretty good. The pole inside sounded a little dry, so popped the top off and lubed it up good.

Why not!!? Air bags have been used for a long time in automotive and heavy duty trucks. If they fit what you are doing/need, go for it!
