aged lube stocked on shelf at Walmart

Look at the manufacture date on these pennzoil quarts i found at walmart

Manufactured 2016 stocked right next the current 2025 pennzoil quarts. Guess they had some house cleaning recently and just put them on the shelf lol.

I remember getting 0w40 SRT and some 5w40 PP euro back around that time for like a buck or two a quart. Was probably more like 2012/2013 but it was the same bottle design. I’ve been oil sale hunting for way too long. I think I gave it all away to my dad and sister haha. It’s the thrill of the hunt…

It’s because they were selling API SA SAE30 and API SF 10W30/10W40
