Why not? If it's Dex/Merc.....there are only a couple of places that actually blend the fluid. Many others just put their store label on the ATF. IMO.....

It's probably a Dex/Merc, but does it at least imply what certification it might be trying to replace? For example, does it say something like "for Ford and GM vehicles made before..." or something like that? If not, I wouldn't use it. It's not like Ace made it themselves, but if they don't know what kind of ATF it is supposed to be, I wouldn't waste the money on it.

There aren't really any universal ATFs out there, just ATFs that will probably work in a lot of different kinds of cars.

Probably nothing wrong with it. Most of those brands are blended by WPP who makes decent products. Good for a top off but I would stick to something like Maxlife for changing fluid.
