I'd bet oil has much life left in it, to be sure send sample for a test. They'll tell you that. And they'll also say next time try giving the car to a random person who doesn't give a flying f to the engine then test again.

Adding a half quart every week would have kept the oil replenished so it probably never got spent. Probably some excessive contamination and some extra wear but I doubt it hurt much. Filters can generally filter much longer than people think also so it maybe didn’t fail or plug up. Not a good practice for sure but ya probably got away with it.
