I can't imagine any serious shop wanting to work under those conditions, basically making money only on labor and not the markup on parts. I guess entry level, we'll fix it fast and cheap, but not exactly perfect type of shops.

Cool thing is when smoking meat you can leave it for long periods of time and no worries.
