Miners are tough and get used to conditions, but it is a scary environment to me.
In the past, much more so.

no disrespect, but pull your head in. many people may read it and do so without actually posting. by your logic, where's the thread on the 200 missing in brazil in a landslide, or all the chinese mine tragedies in the last two weeks? i guess they're not important enough.

Yes they have been on my mind at times. I am praying for them. Sacrificing their lives for people.

Pray for us Commercial fisherman who fish for salmon in Bristol Bay.
I will be going up mid June. It's getting harder to do it as I get older. My older Brother's health is not as good as it used to be. He is the Captain and owner of the boat.

I saw W Va and I thought you were taliking about something else that has been in the news a lot lately. Just shows how first impressions can be so wrong. Condolences to the mining families, Australia lost one yesterday in a WA mine.
