That must be only certain manufacturers and I have gotten lucky on the vehicles I have pulled the wires on as this hadn't happened.

EDIT: Dad is over helping me pack and I just talked to him and he said he knew that... I guess I didn't pick that info up from him over the years... I stand corrected and was wrong.
