Your Lead looks high and would worry me. Your iron is somewhat high but not bad for a winter run of 6000 miles. TBN shows oil is about at max.
Maybe your lead is always high so a trend analysis would tell you more about it. Is this your first analysis of the oil in this engine?
Silicon shows good air filtration.
