There are several instances I'm aware of where Chrysler specs a 10w30. Near as I can tell it's simply to help avoid shearing out of grade with a 5w30, so they believe the engine NEEDS a good 30 grade. I'd think you'd be fine as such with the Mobil 1 5w30 as a result. You just don't want anything that will end up in the 20 grade for that engine.
