5 speed fluid change, 2004 GM EcoTec

My wife has a 2004 Chevy Cavalier with an EcoTec 4 cylinder and a 5 speed manual trans. I have checked the owners manual and there is no recommendation for when to change fluid in the 5 speed. It takes Dex III ATF in the manual trans. Looked in a service book at AutoZone and there were no pics or drawings indicating drain and fill locations. Any thoughts on when I should change fluid, what should I use, and where are the drain an fill locations ??? Thanks if you can help.

Torco MTF and RoyalPurple Synchromax are ATF substitutes for MT's.

Since your location is AZ, you might benefit from a thicker fluid. Pennzoil Synchromesh, Amsoil MTF, and Redline MTL are some other choices.
