Don't know but it looks like ford style 2 window in the rear with a chevrolet back hump & volkswagen beetle merged. Is that a Tesla emblem on the left rear car?

1940 was the first year of the Hydra Matic fully automatic transmission in an Oldsmobile. A friend of mine has a green two tone 40 Olds that very nice. That's a great old picture!
