2K Clear Coat vs 2K fill-in-system

Hello,
What is the difference between 2K Clear Coat and 2K fill-in-system?
I’m about to spray paint some rims using 2X Rust Oleum, and afterwards I’m going to finish it off with some spray max 2K clear coat.

Don’t know but I do know 2k has isocynanates for accelerated hardening. You need to follow all proper safety precautions. Respirator at minimum.
