25% off Toyota Genuine Parts - Serra Toyota 3/1-3/15

You can also use some lexus online dealerships, such as Bell Lexus, they have free shipping with no minimum, but certain parts like (fluids) they dont sell
I love Bell Lexus, straight shooters, great prices, they have always been a top shelf OEM parts seller.

Just picked up qty 6 spark plugs for my 21 RX350 and at an insane price. Checked the part number against Bell Lexus.

Has anyone ordered from this Serra Toyota and gotten a shipment confirmation? I placed a small order on 3/5 of misc parts and it still hasn't shipped. Maybe there is one item in my order that they do not have on hand.

EDIT: Well I got thru to their parts person on the phone and sounds like it will be 2-3 weeks of backlog of orders.

I just received my ship confirmation today. I ordered on 3/1.

Holy cow and so much for free shipping from Serra Toyota.

4x rotors, front and rear brake pad/shoe kits and three wiper blades for my '01 T4R and shipping comes to $433 to AZ. Did not see that coming.

They do give me a $200 discount on shipping so there's that, but $233 is still beyond absurd so I passed on the order even though the before shipping prices was fantastic.

P.S. Checked World Toyota and their shipping is reasonable IMO at $288, minus $200 shipping discount, for exact same items.

Many SE dealers are offering up to $200 worth of free shipping on orders over $75. Just split the order up.

I'm not always the brighest bulb in the batch so thanks a million (actually $88) for this tip @drtyler. World Toyota only charged $288 shipping for the same parts that the Serra wanted $433 to ship.

On a related note, don't you love how the checkout process says enter your VIN for guaranteed parts fitment but then the payment screen says you must click the box that says "I agree to assume responsibilty for any items that do not fit my vehicle."

The problem with this is if they ship you the wrong parts, it's on you and they just might not return or exchange the parts. I had this happen to me (I entered the VIN before adding items to cart) for the December sale. I had to get Toyota CS involved and still had to pay to ship the parts back to the dealer for them to exchange them. Before the TCS involvement, they were going to do nothing and told me it's my fault and they could do nothing. This dealership also told me that entering the VIN does not ensure parts compatibility. This dealer is not the ones meantioned in this thread.

Thanks again @drtyler

Which dealer gave you a hard time? Get creative with nato phonetic

Didn't order any huge parts but was happy with the deal I got at Serra. A friend of mine bought a steering rack and got a killer price w/ free shipping.

Ordered on 3/5 and received on 3/31. Guess Toyota really does make parts Just-in-time :p. That or things are just relaxed and slow down in Alabama.
