If you have 2 Million for a Bugatti Veyron then 20k is no sweat. The biggest reason for the price is that the Bugatti has a carbon fiber undertray and diffuser then add that the engine cover is bolted down.

The service items included are WAY more than just an "oil change". (see vid starting around 1:30 mark)
Pretty much all fluids are changed, and car has panels removed and completely detailed inside and out.

What do people pay for a complete fluids change, air filter, fuel filter and lube job on 4x4 pickup trucks?
Not all transmissions have drain plugs and external spin on filters. Quite often skid plates have to be removed to access grease points and differential covers removed on models that don’t have drain plugs.
It can be an all day job at $xx shop rate plus parts and fluids.
