220K on our beloved 2006 TSX

Honda got this car right. Did you know there are 2 prop hole locations? Almost vertical for rear compartment access.
Sharp Honda mechanics (@The Critic) will notice the group 35 battery and fatter negative battery cable.

While I absolutely hate when companies position that battery that far in front, diminishing anything they achieved to make it balanced, IMO, that is the last real Honda Accord (TSX). In Europe it was going as Accord and was absolute hit.
I would not be able to part ways, sorry.

Yep, European Accord. I wonder if the nice paint and leather came in those cars?
It's pretty well balanced for a FWD car.
It's going to a good home. I will still service it.

Highest trims did, but most were cloth and 99% of all trims were manuals.
They had a pretty good 2.2CDTI diesel engine.

I regret not buying this over a WRX in 2004. I would have still had this in garage . WRX blast at high RPM however regular driving a dog at best.

I knew I made a mistake when our honeymoon in France rental turned out to be a Accord Wagon and loved it.

Hey, question for OP: do you think a refreshed 2006-2008 TSX is a good city car? How's the torque/drivability from a dead stop?

Time to tearfully cut her loose. Too many cars... Going to a good friend. Brand spankin' new Michelin Pilot All Season rubber; this thing sticks! Wifey gonna shoot me.

Bummer!!! I'd be in a week of mourning with my flag flying at half mast if I sold that TSX. I find it hard not to become emotionally attached to a car that serves me every single day, year after year without complaint. Parting with cars like that is like getting rid of your loyal canine just because it's gotten old.

It's not even my car and I'm bummed!

There was no refresh; the cars are similar from 2004 on. It is a 4 banger, but it pulls fine for what it is. There are great cars, just make sure it has been serviced.

Our 2006 Acura TSX, which I bought in Dec 2006 out of spite because Christmas trees were expensive, just hit 220,000. Drove it home earlier today; it has been doing Petaluma garage duty for a few months. Acura got this one right; it is the European Accord from those years. She's had a steady diet of M1 5w30 every 4.5K to 5K. I never check the oil level. The mighty K24 should easily see 300K.

I’ve always like the styling of your car.

Sporty with clean lines.
